I hereby declare that I am at least Eighteen (18) years of age and the legal and registered owner of the Premises or have the full authority to sign this agreement. I am in a sober state of mind and fully understand and agree with this contract. I hereby authorize RG7 Automotive to perform all necessary and authorized repairs repairs as is relates to the claim information listed on this contract. I authorize RG7 Automotive and its assigned representatives to operate my motor vehicle during transportation to/from the shop, and/or additional location(s) while it is in our possession as needed. I authorize RG7 Automotive to work directly with my insurance company and communicate with them regarding all claims related inquires in reference to the said claim repair process. I understand by signing this that RG7 Automotive is legally permitted to maintain possession of the vehicle at the repair facility for the duration of the repairs and will be released when the payment has been received in full by RG7 Automotive and when payment details have been confirmed and documented by my insurance company. These payments include any initial and/or supplemental payments as needed. Additionally, I understand that RG7 Automotive is not responsible for any unrelated damages that my vehicle could potentially acquire that are outside of the direct control of the shop such as, but not limited to the following: theft, fire, collision, flooding, vandalism, repossession, natural disasters, etc. l understand and agree that any damage on my vehicle that my insurance company documents not determined to be covered and paid for under my claim/policy, that I can receive a quote from RG7 Automotive to be considered as out-of-pocket repairs if desired. However, RG7 Automotive is not responsible for any damages not covered under my policy (damage referred to as "UPD" or "unrelated prior damage" can still be considered at your convenience, as we can provide you with a quote for the cost of repairs as it relates to the type of damage mentioned above). Please remove all valuable items from you vehicle as RG7 is not responsible or any items left in the vehicle.

By signing this, I also acknowledge and agree that all payments to be issued pertaining to the claim damage being repaired will be directed to RG7 Automotive, as my repair shop of choice. The undersigned represents and warrants that the full balance will be paid directly to RG7 Automotive. In consideration for this final payment, and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is acknowledged, the undersigned makes the following representations and warranties: The undersigned and Owner have fully agreed on all terms and conditions of the Contract (including any amendments or modifications thereto), as well as any other written or oral commitments, agreements, and/or understandings. The undersigned will be paid in full for the labor, services, and materials related to the Contract, including all work performed or any materials provided by its subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, laborers, or other persons or entities. If unforeseen damages occur to the rental car, or any additional legal or administrative fees are necessary upon the owners discretion. The undersigned will be paid in full for all subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, laborers, and other person or entity providing services, labor, or materials. l also acknowledge that if I intentionally and fraudulently have any repair payments redirected to me as opposed to RG7 Automotive and purposely "withhold said payment(s) for labor/repairs performed based on the approved amount by the insurance company, RG7 Automotive has the full lawful and legal right to repossess my vehicle, even if it has been returned to me. RG7 Automotive can do so by exercising their rights to operate under the Texas State Law known as "Mechanics Lien". This states that the vehicle can be withheld and/or repossessed via a licensed towing company, even if the vehicle is un a private residence. I acknowledge that if the agreed upon balance for labor/repairs is not satisfied, RG7 Automotive can not only exercise their right to retain the claim related vehicle but are also legally able to sell my vehicle to collect any debt that is owed. By signing this, I understand I am fully responsible under my own insurance policy for any potential damages that may be acquired while a loaner vehicle is in my possession during the duration of the repairs. I agree that I will not put excessive miles on the rental car. I agree to be charged $1 per mile over 60 miles per day. I acknowledge that if RG7 Automotive is unable to collect funds owed for any damages acquired to the loaner/rental vehicle while in my possession that RG7 Automotive can exercise their right to operate under the Texas State Law and not only repossess my vehicle but can legally sell the vehicle to collect any debt owed by me. I understand and agree that RG7 Automotive will use the full of extent of our rights to collect any incurred debt at my additional expense.
